The shelf. A typical answer is “Shelf B4, left side”, with that shelf marked in red on the map — much more precise than an aisle number.
How much work is it to set up?
After payment, choose your store name and web address, set a workspace password, and draw the floor map on your store page. Confirm the map with your password. Once photo upload is ready, staff select shelves and take or upload photos.
Do shoppers need to download anything?
No. The QR code opens right in the phone's browser. Nothing to install, for shoppers or staff.
What languages does it support?
Shoppers can ask in English or Chinese, by typing or speaking. On the shelf side, the system reads packaging in English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.
What happens when a search finds nothing?
The shopper sees an honest “not found yet” plus close alternatives. You see the miss in your dashboard — either a reminder to photograph that shelf, or a product worth stocking.
Is shopper data private?
Yes. Faces are blurred before shelf photos are saved, shopper photos are only used to recognize the product and are not kept, and searches are only viewed as totals, never tied to a person.
How much does it cost?
The standard price is CA$199 for one month or CA$1,999 for twelve months, before tax. Annual billing saves CA$389 compared with twelve monthly payments. You can cancel future renewals anytime. See the pricing page for details.
